For Jon Watts, dreaming of big adventures is nothing new. “As a kid, I grew up in Colorado in the middle of nowhere, and we’d just go for walks out in these fields with nothing around,” he says. He’d pass the time imagining exploits for himself that stretched beyond his home state — not unlike the adventure he and series co-creator Chris Ford created together in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
