Why is this part of Mandalorian lore being left out?

The Mandalorian Show has done a great job at introducing Mandalorian culture to the fandom, but the one thing its left out is this culture’s complicated relationship with the Sith. Hopefully in the upcoming Mandalorian & Grogu film we’ll see mention of this part of their history
